I'm willing to join a insurance industry because I could not find a job
after my graduation, i wanted to use it as a stepping stone to gain more
job experience, but things do not happened as i have planned, now I view
this as a long term career. After knowing that Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is one of the best Organisation in the industry, and their ability to constantly mould our Top Rookies of Prudential, it really amaze me. What really stand out to me about Peter Tan Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is their human touch, when i just started working all of my seniors was really helpful, I'm given the chance to learn from individuals how they handle different situations and objections. They will coach me, sit in with me and do role play with me, this enable me to understand and mature faster. There will definitely be high and low through out our career, and their sharing about how they handle their problems let me pick myself up faster, they let me understand that success is determine by constant performance, and how fast you can pick yourself up when you are down.
